Gjensidige Baltic becomes new owner of Reso Europa

BC, Vilnius, 29.05.2008.

The Norwegian capital-based insurance company Gjensidige Baltic acquired a holding of 100% in the company Reso Europa, by this implementing yet another move of the strategic development plan in the Baltic states foreseen by its owning Gjensidige Forsikring group. Currently Gjensidige Forsikring operates in Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
