The October 18 ''Faithless'' concert at ''Arena Riga'' has been postponed to a later date, LETA was informed by concert agency ''Positivus Music'' director Girts Majors.

Majors informed that ''Faithless'' singer ''Maxi Jazz'' has taken ill and cannot sing or travel. The group has been forced to postpone several of its concert dates.

''Faithless'' had planned to perform in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Helsinki and Yekaterinburg in upcoming weeks. This is the first time in 15 years that ''Maxi Jazz'' has had to postpone a concert, Majors pointed out.

''We have not been able to coordinate a new date for the concert yet. The concert could take place either in November or the beginning of March, and the exact date should be known in the near future,'' said Majors.

Tickets purchased for the cancelled ''Faithless'' concert will be valid for the rescheduled concert. Those who wish their money back for the cancelled concert, must go to the Bilesu Serviss ticket outlet at the Riga Congress Center.
