Riga International Rotary Club organizes the “1^st Santa Claus Fun Run” on December 14^th, 2008, reported BC the press service.

You are invited to come and to join the fun run.

You will change into a Santa Claus and join hundreds of Santa-runners for a 3 km run/walk around the Old town.

The run will take place on Sunday, December 14^th at 11.30 am at the Dome Square in Riga.

For taking part in this event you have to register through www.santasfunrun.lv or at the Maritim Park Hotel, Slokas 1 in Riga, where you also get your Santa suit as of December 1^st .

You pay 10Ls and receive a 5 piece Santa suit in the value of 3Ls, 7 Ls will be donated to support the RONALD MC DONALD HOUSE CHARITY “CARE MOBILE”

Santa-runners should get their family, friends or colleagues “sub sponsor” them for completing the course, which will multiply the charity donations.
