Arturs Kurucs declares for 2020 NBA Draft

BC, Riga, 21.04.2020.

The promising Latvian guard Arturs Kurucs has declared for this year's NBA Draft, his agent Arturs Kalnitis told ESPN on Monday.

The 20-year-old Kurucs played for Latvian basketball club VEF Riga this past season.

He average 10.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists in the FIBA Champions League tournament this season.

He is the younger brother of Brooklyn Nets forward Rodions Kurucs.

Kurucs also made his debut on the senior national team this past February during a EuroBasket 2021 qualifier against Bosnia & Herzegovina.
