Estonia finishes 8th in Eurovision

Estonian entry "La Forza," performed by Elina Nechayeva, finished in eighth place in the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon on Saturday night, informs LETA.

Israel's Netta Barzilai won this year's Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Toy," which received 529 points.

Cypriot singer Eleni Foureira was second with the song "Fuego," which received 436 points.

The point score for the Estonian entry was 245.

Estonia received the maximum 12 points from juries in Macedonia, Moldova and Portugal. Lithuania received 12 points and Finland 10 points from Estonia.
