American rockers Foo Fighters are due to play an open-air concert in Lucavsala, Riga, on July 21, 2017, a representative of Latvia’s FBI concert agency told LETA.

FBI representative Kristaps Karklins informed that the more than two hours long gig on the banks of the River Daugava will be the American rock band’s first and only show in the Baltics and that it is therefore expected to attract thousands of fans from Latvia’s neighbor countries.

Supporting acts will include Scottish trio Biffy Clyro and U.S./British duo The Kills.

At their Riga concert, Foo Fighters will perform their hits like The Pretender, Everlong, Best of You, All My Life, My Hero, Learn to Fly, Walk and Something from Nothing, among many others.

Foo Fighters is a five-person, alternative rock band, founded by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl and established in Seattle, Washington in 1994.
