Gumball 3000 coming back to Riga in 2017

Celebrity rally Gumball 3000 will have its opening ceremony in Riga in 2017, according to the organizers' current plans.
The Gumball 3000 team, including Gumball 3000 founder Maximillion Cooper, will arrive in Riga this weekend to check on preparations for the rally, as Coyote Fly nightclub marketing manager Kristine Dombrovska told LETA.
Gumball 3000 last visited Riga in 2013, when Rigans and guests of the city had a chance to see more than 100 exclusive automobiles and meet rally participants – various billionaires and various celebrities.
The Gumball 3000 event in Riga next year is supported by the Riga Tourism Development Bureau and Riga City Council.
