NBA's Lithuanian referee Petraitis to become US citizen

Gediminas Petraitis, a Lithuanian NBA referee, will become an American citizen on December 22nd, cites LETA/BNS.
The Lithuanian will be naturalized on Tuesday in Maryland, according to the Associated Press.
Born in Kaunas, Lithuania's second-largest city, in 1989, Petraitis left for the United States as a youngster and later graduated from the University of Maryland. He now lives in New York.
This season, Peraitis has officiated 16 NBA games.
