Riga's tallest Christmas tree to be put up on Daugava Embankment

Yesterday, the Riga City Council, accompanied by reporters, chose Riga's main Christmas trees. The tallest one (20 meters) will be installed on the Daugava Embankment.
The second one (17 meters) was selected in the Olaine-Tireli Forestry and will be set up on Dome Square in Old Town, informs LETA.
As reported, three main Christmas trees will be erected in Riga this year.
The third one will be decorated and put up in the courtyard of Children's Clinical Hospital, a gift from the "Sunny Days" charity drive.
