In November, the consumer price index in Estonia was more affected by motor fuel and electricity
According to Viktoria Trasanov , the leading analyst of Statistics Estonia , compared to November of the previous year, the main factor influencing the consumer price index was the decrease in the price of motor fuel. Compared to October of this year, the consumer price index was more affected by the 2.3% rise in prices for electricity and 3.2% for diesel and the end of campaigns in several product groups in October. Fresh fruit became cheaper by 7% and vegetables by 2.3% during the month.
