Baltics' first Moxy hotel opens in Kaunas

The Baltics' first Moxy hotel, part of the Marriott chain, has opened in Lithuania's second-biggest city of Kaunas, the hotel's operator said, cites LETA/BNS.

Some 14 million euros have been invested in the Kaunas hotel that is operated by Apex Alliance Hotel Management, the operator of six Hilton and Marriott chain hotels in Lithuania, Latvia and Romania.  


Apex Alliance Hotel Management CEO Gerhard Erasmus expects that the new hotel's occupancy rate for its first month of operation will be at least 15 percent.
