The Latvian government has decided to allow air travel to countries with twice the average 14-day cumulative morbidity rate in the European Union (EU), while stipulating that self-isolation will be mandatory upon return from these countries. The cumulative morbidity rate in the Czech Republic was 166.2 on Friday.
Air passenger transportation ban currently also refers to Spain, France and Andorra.
