Lithuania's residential property prices edge up 0.4%

Residential property prices in Lithuania edged up by 0.4% in the third quarter of 2020 compared to the second quarter, Statistics Lithuania said on Friday.
Q-o-q, prices for new-build properties rose by 1percent on average. Prices for flats in multi-apartment buildings increased by 1.8%, but those for single or two-dwelling houses fell by 1%.
Prices for old-build properties, both flats in multi-apartment buildings and single or two-dwelling houses, ticked up by 0.2% on average.
In the third quarter y-o-y, residential property prices grew by 6.4%.
