British Seletrade Impex LLP acquires 31.036% of Tosmares kugubuvetava shares

At the end of December 2013, British company Seletrade Impex LLP bought 31.036% of Tosmares kugubuvetava (Tosmare Shipyard) shares, according to an announcement at the NASDAQ OMX Riga stock exchange, cites LETA/Nozare.lv.

Seletrade Impex LLP purchased a total of 994,220 Tosmares kugubuvetava shares.
Aleksandrs Cernavskis, Tosmares kugubuvetava board member Boriss Galkovics and Tosmares kugubuvetava council member Larisa Artamenko sold 6.206% or 198,800 shares each. Tosmares kugubuvetava board chairman Ivica Galic sold 6.213% or 199,020 shares.
Rigas kugu buvetava (Riga Shipyard) is the largest shareholder of Tosmares kugubuvetava, owning 48.94% of shares.
Seletrade Impex LLP is a company registered in Great Britain. It was established in October 2013.
Tosmares kugubuvetava achieved EUR 4.91 million in turnover in January-September 2013, 34.5% less than in the respective period in 2012, when the company turned over EUR 7.5 million.
