Latvian president meets with Bombardier execs in Montreal

Print versionOn his working visit in Canada, Latvia’s President Andris Berzins took time to meet with management at the Bombardier company in Montreal, informs LETA.

The main topic was Latvia's future cooperation opportunities, and, as Bombardier was quick to note, another deal has been concluded just this week for airBaltic to purchase 10 more "Bombardier CS300" planes.
The president was taken on an extensive tour of the aerodynamics plant.
Bombardier executives spoke with Berzins about expanded cooperation possibilities, taking into account the company's plans to conquer new markets east of Latvia.
