The enterprise will lose its current Director of Operations Jyri Ketola and Director of Commerce Rauno Parras. The tasks of the Director of Operations will be taken over by Mikael Wangdahl who has thus far acted as a consultant for the enterprise.
“There have been a number of important changes in the structure and flights network of Estonian Air,” said the CEO of the Estonian national carrier Jan Palmer. “After having carried them out and achieving stability, it is the right time to also cut back on the number of members in the management board,” he added.
The new management board of Estonian Air is the following: Jan Palmer, CEO, Wade Stokes, CFO, Andreas Kari, Accountable Manager, and Mikael Wangdahl, Director of Operations.
