Current management team buys Lithuanian-capital Small Planet Airlines

Print versionManagement team of the charter airline Small Planet Airlines bought 95.5% of their-led Small Planet Airlines UAB (Lithuania) and Small Planet Airlines Sp. z o.o (Poland) shares from Avia Solutions Group, reports LETA/ELTA.

In the new shareholders' structure, current director general Vytautas Kaikaris will have 70% of share, while Quality Assurance Manager, member of the Board of the Polish Small Planet Airlines Andrius Staniulis will have 30% of shared.
Before the new deal, Kaikaris had 4.5 percent of the company's shares.
In 2012, Small Planet Airlines in Lithuania and Poland had revenue of LTL 326 million (EUR 94.5 million), a 58.7% rise from 2011. The average cabin factor of the airlines stood at 87%
