Law firm Tamme Otsmann Ruus Vabamets (TRINITI Estonia) was confirmed as the best bidder with their tender submitted jointly with Zverinatu advokatu birojs TRINITI (Latvia) and Advokati profesine bendrija TRINITI LT (Lithuania).

Yesterday, representatives of the bidders and the Technical Surveillance Authority signed the relevant procurement contract which will be the basis for an analysis of legal aspects, in comparison between Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, related to the establishment of a company responsible for the management of the Rail Baltica 1435 mm rail width railroad route, designed in 80 days; the representatives also signed source documents required for the establishment of the joint railroad company of the three Baltic states.

“Rail Baltica, in its format planned today, will most likely be called the first and last gigantic Estonia-related infrastructure project, implemented in our lifetime with influence across Europe.
