Autoliv opens takeover bid for Norma shares

Print versionToday, the acceptance period of takeover bid made by Autoliv for AS Norma shares opened; it lasts till April 14, Estonian press reports.

Autoliv offers 92.31 kroons for each Norma share. The total volume of the bid is over 597 mln kroons, LETA/National Broadcasting cited Autoliv.
Currently Autoliv owns 6.7 Norma shares, 51% of all shares. Also, Autoliv has achieved an agreement with bigger Norma shareholders who have agreed to sell the shares owned by them which rises the share of Autoliv in Norma by the start of the bidding period to nearly 77%.
Norma share cost 91.38 kroons at Tallinn bourse yesterday. After takeover, Norma will be delisted from the Tallinn bourse.
