Estonian Air to serve Tallinn-Moscow route with five flights a week

Estonia's national carrier Estonian Air is going to increase the number of weekly flights between Tallinn and Moscow to four from June 4, and to five flights a week from July 7, the company reported.

Estonian Air currently is servicing Tallinn – Moscow route three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, reports LETA.

 

"We hope that improved flight schedule will bring us more customers, evaluating the convenience and speed of direct flights," says Rauno Parras, Estonian Air acting Vice President Commercial.

 

"Moscow Sheremetyevo airport is an important hub for travelling to CIS countries, where our partner [Russia-based] airline Aeroflot offers very good connections," adds Parras.

 

Estonian Air offers direct flights from Tallinn to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Dublin, Dubrovnik, Hamburg, Helsinki, Kiev, London, Milan, Minsk, Moscow, Munich, Oslo, Paris, Rome, Stockholm and Vilnius. In addition, from Tallinn to Kuressaare and from Kuressaare and Pärnu to Stockholm.

 

Estonian Air carried 756,795 passengers in 2008.
