Finnish Ahola Transport to hire more employees from Estonia

Finnish transport company Ahola Transport is going to increse the number of its employees in Estonia to expand its operations in Central and Eastern Europe, LETA writes, referring to Äripäev.

Ville Peltola, Central and East European area manager for Ahola Transport, said that the company plans to hire people to organize logistics and sales representatives.

 

"The exact number of people to be hired depends whether they meet with our requirements," Peltola said.

 

The representative of Ahola Transport noted that the company was looking for new employees who speak Estonian, Russian and English languages: "We have received a large number of job applications. This is good time to hire more people since there is little work available and many good people are looking for work".

 

Ahola Transport was founded in 1955 and has developed to one of the leading transport companies in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries.

 

It has more than 300 trailers.
