Estonian Railways to relocate head office to Telliskivi creative city

Estonian Railways has signed a tenancy agreement with the company OU PLKV and relocation from the present headquarters building at Toompuiestee 35 is to be completed by Nov. 1, 2018.
"We are pleased to announce that OU PLKV Invest made the best offer to Estonian Railways in the public tender and we signed an agreement with them for the next five years. The new office building will be situated on Telliskivi Street, a major artery of the City of a Tallinn, bringing us closer to the creative city and the enterprise center," Estonian Railways CEO Erik Laidvee said.
"Moving our staff together from three separate buildings will allow us to significantly save on costs and offer our customers quality and sustainable service," he said.
The new offices will be situated on slightly over 3,000 meters of floor space on three levels of the building.
