airBaltic takes a sneak peak at first Bombardier CS300 aircraft

Latvian airline airBaltic is the first operator of Bombardier CS300 aircraft. The manufacturer has confirmed that the first CS300 aircraft dedicated to passenger travel with airBaltic is now moving down the production line. airBaltic’s leadership team, which included Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Martin Gauss, got a sneak-peak at the production facility.

airBaltic will be the first airline to operate the CS300 aircraft when it takes delivery in the second half of 2016. The CS300 aircraft will join airBaltic’s modern fleet of 12 Bombardier Q400 aircraft.

 

The airline has 13 firm CS300 on order that includes options for an additional seven CS300.

 

airBaltic serves over 60 destinations from its home base in Riga, Latvia. From every one of these locations, airBaltic offers convenient connections via Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, CIS and the Middle East. In addition, airBaltic also offers new direct flights from Tallinn and Vilnius.
