Print versionOn Monday, Vilnius County Court (VAT) proceeded a bankruptcy case against flyLAL-Lithuanian Airlines.

The company Imoniu Bankroto Administravimo ir Teisiniu Paslaugu Biuras (The Bureau on the Administration of Companies' Bankruptcies and Legal Services) has been appointed the administrator of the bankrupting company, VAT claimed to ELTA.
The court's ruling has not come into force yet. It can be appealed against to the Lithuanian Court of Appeals over seven days.
flyLAL – Lithuanian Airlines submitted the statement on the initiation of the bankruptcy case on January 23 this year.
