SAS pledged to contribute extra capital in Estonian Air

All shareholders of Estonian Air will increase the equity capital of the airline by 114 million kroons, writes EPL Online/LETA.
SAS Group reported that it will participate in the move to increase equity capital of Estonian Air. One part of this move is to convert earlier loans from SAS into the equity capital of Estonian Air – a total of 2.4 million euros or 37.4 million kroons.
In addition to that, SAS will make an extra investment of 1.2 million euros or 18.7 million kroons into the enterprise.
All shareholders will increase the equity capital of Estonian Air by a total of 114 million kroons. 49% of AS Estonian Air is owned by SAS, 17% by the investment bank Cresco and 34% by the Estonian State.
