According to LETA's information, the first Ramada Hotel will be opened in Riga on Gertrudes Street.
As LETA was informed by CEO of the Association of Hotels and Restaurants of Latvia Santa Graikste, the initial plans were to open the hotel already in May, this year, however, due to protracted preparatory works, the opening has been postponed to August.
Ramada Hotel will be a four-star hotel with 68 rooms and two conference halls.
According to the information published on the Ramada Worldwide website, Ramada hotels operate through franchising worldwide.
Ramada brand is part of U.S. holding company Wyndham Worldwide, which owns such hotel chains as American Host, Baymont, Days Inn, etc..
