BC, Tallinn, 17.03.2016.Print version
The investment fund Genesis Asset Managers LLP, which in 2009 owned almost 10% of the listed Estonian shipper Tallink Grupp has reduced its shareholding to 3.4%, informs LETA/BNS.

As of Tuesday, the shareholding under the management of Genesis Asset Management is 3.37%.

The last disclosed information by Genesis Asset Managers is from June 2009 when the shareholding managed by them was 9.96%, Tallink Grupp told the stock exchange.

In December 77.7 million Tallink shares or 11.5% of the company changed hands in 22 off-exchange block trades. It is not clear from public sources whether Genesis Asset Managers was one of the parties involved in those transactions.

Genesis acquired 10% of Tallink in August 2008.
