Latio: real estate deals in Latvia grew by 14.7% in January-November

Print versionIn the first 11 months of 2011, the total number of real estate deals has risen by 14.7%, housing deals – by 16%, according to the market overview by the real estate company Latio.

In January-November 2011, there has been a 14.3% increase in apartment deals, as well as a 23.2% increase in deals involving private homes.
Compared to the corresponding period last year, the number of apartment deals in Riga grew 10.3%, whilst housing deals in Jurmala – 33.4%.
