Profit of Linstow Center Management in 2008 reached LVL 69,074

Last year it earned nearly two times as much as in 2007, when the concern's profit totaled LVL 35,228, informs LETA.
Consolidated turnover of LCM last year reached LVL 1.62 million, which is almost 5.7% more than in 2007, when the figure stood at LVL 1.53 million.
Profit of the concern's parent company last year totaled LVL 53,039, registering almost threefold increase on the results of 2007, when its earnings were LVL 17,718.
LCM is a real estate management and development company managing five "Galactico" shopping malls in Latvia – "Galerija Centrs", "Mols", "Origo", "Dole" and "Alfa", as well as the largest shopping mall in Estonia "Ülemiste".
The total floor space of shopping malls managed by LCM in Latvia is 230,000 square meters; the company's investments in opening shopping malls in the Baltic space surpass EUR 200 million.
