Depo – largest Latvian company in construction industry in 2013

Print versionWith a turnover of EUR 151.9 million, construction supplies company Depo DIY was the leader in Latvia's construction industry in 2013, according to the Latvian Business Report 2014 collated by Firmas.lv and LETA.

Construction company Re&Re was second with EUR 97.68 million in turnover, followed by Cemex – EUR 87.08 million, joint-stock BMGS – EUR 86.98 million, Skonto buve – EUR 85.18 million, joint-stock UPB – EUR 81.04 million, A.C.B – EUR 76.35 million, Binders – EUR 76.32 million, BMGS S – EUR 67.89 million, and Latvijas Energoceltnieks – EUR 67.66 million.
The Economy Ministry predicts that the construction sector will continue to see growth in 2014, even though it will most likely be relatively small – between four to 6.9%.
