Former chairwoman and financial expert at Hansabanka (now – Swedbank) Ingrida Bluma, who is now a member of the board at the Partners in Ideas Fund (IPF), together with attorney Aldis Gobzems and Edgars Stelmahers, chairman of the board at the Kekava business and logistics park Dominante Park, have agreed to establish a crisis management company in February 2009.

Edgars Stelmahers, Ingrida Bluma and Aldis Gobzems.

The company is likely to be named "Bluma, Gobzems, Stelmahers" and it envisages to provide assistance for enterprises "with a turnover of a few million lats", facing a crisis situation, as Gobzems notified LETA.

The company's target audience are local capital enterprises, which have no parent company to turn to for restructuring business, said Gobzems.

The aim of the crisis management company is to provide practical assistance through the experience and knowledge that the founders of the company have acquired each working in their sector.

The company could operating at the second half of February.

Gobzems explained that the crisis management company will be funded by the founders' own financial resources.

As LETA already reported, both Gobzems and Stelmahers are members of the board of the party "Society For Different Politics", whereas Bluma was previously a board member at the non-governmental organization, established by Aigars Stokenbergs, which served as a platform for founding the political party.
