Finalizing the deal will take one month, added Briedis.
As reported, waste management company Zala josta acquired another waste management company, Vides pakalpojumu grupa (VPG) last week.
VPG belonged, until acquired by Zala josta, to Bioinvest, in which businessman Guntars Kokorevics, via other companies, holds a 90% interest and the family and partners of ex-Prime Minister Andris Skele – the other 10%.
