According to them, in the near future, the salaries of the people working in the manufacture sector were to consistently increase; however, there was to be no rapid growth of the number of the workplaces, informs LETA/ELTA.

"We see that the internal market is becoming stronger. While talking about the development of the industry forecasted by the producers at the beginning of 2014, we can say that the development will be warranted not only by the export but by the recovering internal consumption as well. In general, we see a turning point in Lithuania's economy – its growth becomes more dependent on the internal market," said analyst of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists Aleksandras Izgorodinas on Wednesday.

According to the expert, the growth of the internal market in 2014 should reach 6 percent and should become the most rapid growth in the last 1.5 years.

"The construction sector is one of the last sectors reacting to the economy growth tendencies and the fact that we can see the recovery of the construction sector demonstrates that the internal market is becoming stronger," said Izgorodinas.

According to the analyst of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists, the Lithuania's Labour Exchange was recovering and the salaries of the employees were growing faster than the inflation. As a result, the purchasing power was increasing.
