SBA Furniture acquires 5% shares in Klaipedos Baldai

Print versionOne of the largest and well known furniture producers in Baltic region SBA Furniture Group acquire 5.036% of the shares of the company Klaipedos Baldai from the KJK Fund SICAV – SIF, informs LETA/ELTA.

The share price on bilateral agreement was EUR 2.83.
"The one share price, taking into consideration all factors, is 2 times higher than the minimum bid price regulated by the law. We will offer the same price for other small AB Klaipedos Baldai shareholders," said Chair of the Board of the SBA Furniture Group Egidijus Valentinavicius.
