Portals osta.ee, kv.ee and hydra.ee merge

Print versionAllegro Baltics OÜ will merge with it Moonfish Media OÜ, Consolidated Auctions OÜ, which manages the osta.ee internet auctions portal and Diginet OÜ which manages the kv.ee real estate ads and hydra.ee personal ads portals, LETA/Postimees Online reports.

Allegro Baltics OÜ will be the resulting company. Allegro Baltics board member Gunnar Valge said that the cause for the merger is to improve effectiveness. "The merger is purely legal and we can thanks to that focus more on our products and less on legislative requirements," said Valge.
He said that the employees, working order and portals remain unchanged.
Allegro Baltics OÜ belongs to Dutch company MIH Allegro BV.
