Co Kauno Tiltai biggest VAT tax debtor in Lithuania

State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) has declared a list of companies that are late to pay the biggest VAT amounts. Until August 5, according to the latest VAT declaration, AB Kauno Tiltai has not paid LTL 3.5 million (EUR 1 million) in VAT tax and was on top of the list, reported LETA/ELTA.

The latest declaration for June was to be submitted by July 25.


Second in the debtors list is UAB Arvi Fertis (LTL 2.59 million - EUR 0.75 million), followed by AB Kauno Grudai (LTL 1.64mn - EUR 0.47mn), UAB KTG Agrar (LTL 0.90mn - EUR 0.26mn), UAB Kauno Keliai (LTL 0.84mn - EUR 0.24mn), East West Agro (LTL 0.65mn - EUR 0.19mn), Sky Energy Group (LTL 0.60mn - EUR 0.18mn), Agrodema (LTL 0.60mn - EUR 0.18mn), UAB Livila (LTL 0.47mn - EUR 0.14mn) and UAB EVRC (LTL 0.47mn - EUR 0.14).


The top 100 list of VAT debtors does not include companies undergoing bankruptcy procedures, bankrupt companies, restructuring companies' arrears and debts which are under fiscal credit agreements (however arrears that have pending requests for such agreements are included).
