With acquiring STV’s security services arm, G4S gained approximately 900 new clients.
“While in 2011, we grew organically by 500 clients by the end of the year and in 2012 we gained 750 clients, and currently are moving organically at the pace of 500 new clients, such acquisitions are an easy way of increasing our client base significantly,” explained Sarapuu. He assured that all employees will be taken over and clients will be serviced in accordance with their applicable contract terms.
Sarapuu did not rule out any future acquisitions in the security services segment.
