On May 17, 2013, the Commercial Register of Estonia registered the merger of AS ABC King, AS Tartu Kaubamaja and OÜ Suurtüki NK. In connection to registration of the merger, AS Tartu Kaubamaja and OÜ Suurtüki NK were deleted from the Commercial Register. The business name of AS ABC King is as of May 17, 2013, AS TKM King.

AS ABC King (acquiring company) shall merge into itself AS Tartu Kaubamaja and OÜ Suurtüki NK (companies being acquired). In connection to the merger, the business name of AS ABC King was also planned to be changed, Tallinna Kaubamaja reported earlier in its stock exchange statement.

According to the merger agreement signed on March 12, 2013, the legal successor of AS Tartu Kaubamaja and Suurtüki NK is AS TKM King.

By registration of the merger, all assets of AS Tartu Kaubamaja and OÜ Suurtüki NK were given over to AS TKM King. The merger resolutions were adopted on April 12, 2013. The share capital of the acquiring company does not change.
