First IMAX cinema hall to be build in Tallinn

Print versionThe Baltic States first IMAX cinema hall will be built in the historical Kosmos cinema building in central Tallinn, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.

The corresponding agreement was concluded by the IMAX Corporation and owner of the Kosmos cinema Saturn Investments, representative of IMAX Corporation announced.
"Today's cooperation agreement is a part of our bigger expansion strategy in Europe, by which we enter new markets and lay the foundation to further development," said IMAX EMEA regional president Andrew Cripps.
The company said that in an IMAX cinema, everything starting from the film to the technology and design of the cinema hall is created so that a person would feel like a part of film action.
