The factory sent to clients 1,800 tonnes of ammonia and in the next few days carbamide shipments will be sent.
Production of mineral fertilisers was suspended in Februarys 2009 due to the fall of products market price and increase of production price. Owners did not close the factory and kept at a suspended regime for 3.5 years till the market conditions improve.
Nitrofert's director general Aleksei Nikoloayev said that ammonia prices are favourable at the market now and production is in full capacity, 600 tonnes a day. Carbamide prices are lower and its production will proceed at half capacity.
