Altogether 6,386 entrepreneurs were created; 9 were public limited companies (AS) and 798 were sole entrepreneurs (FIE), justice ministry said.
Justice minister Kristen Michal said that statistics show that the amendment that came in force at the start of last year that a private limited company can be registered without making the initial share capital payment, has been necessary and practical.
The registration of corporate persons was generally on last year's level.
598 non-profit organisations and foundations were also registered in four months.
