Turnover of Rezeknes galas kombinats in 2007 totalled LVL 13.81 million

Print versionTurnover of the Latvian meat processing company Rezeknes galas kombinats (RGK) in 2007 reached LVL 13,812,398, which is a 17% increase on 2006, when turnover was LVL 11,766,893, as the Registry of Enterprises' Lursoft data reveals.

The company posted LVL 537,421 profit in 2007, which is down 30% with the results of 2006, when it earned LVL 772,007, informs LETA.
RGK was established in 2001 and it is the largest meat processing company in Latgale Province. The enterprise has over 300 employees.
RGK produces over 100 types of meat products – different types of sausages, smoked meat products, delicatessen and ready-made foods.
The company exports around 7% of its production to Estonia, Germany, Ireland and United Kingdom.
