Number of bankruptcies in Estonia in 2011 fell to 2008 level

Print versionAccording to the Estonian justice ministry data, 256 bankruptcies were registered in Estonia in 2011, which is almost as many as in 2008, when the number of bankruptcies was 255.

As compared to 2010, when 492 bankruptcies were registered, the number fell by nearly a half, writes LETA.
The number of bankruptcies in recent years was the highest in 2009, 549 while in 2007 it was just 163.
