VAIDANA acquires third of Snaige's shares

Print versionOn December 15, 2011, the Lithuania-based producer of refrigerators Snaige received a notification that UAB VAIDANA on December 12, 2011, acquired more than a third of shares of Snaige, the statement to the stock exchange said.
The company holds 17,602,215 ordinary registered shares of the company with the par value totaling one litas each, constituting 44.43% of shares and votes carried by them at the general meeting of shareholders of the company, writes LETA/ELTA.
