Former deputy president Laurinaitis takes lead at Achemos Grupe

The deputy president of Achemos Grupe, Arunas Laurinaitis, has been appointed as president of the concern following the death of Bronislovas Lubys, the company said in a statement.

Achemos Grupe will retain the same strategic directions of development to continue Lubys' work, the statement reads.

 

The directions include the energy sector, port load and logistics, chemical industry, the activities of Achemos Grupe-run hotels and media group, writes LETA/ELTA.

 

Laurinaitis started working in Azotas, the current Achema, in 1985. Since the establishment of Achemos Grupe in 2001, he has been deputy president of the concern responsible for investment and business expansion.
