According to Andrus Braunbrück, the owner of Da
Vinci Invest, Jukat's debts might have reached 70,000 euros. Da Vinci has
claims against Juku toy stores.
The court has named a temporary bankruptcy trustee and seized brandnames Juku
Mänguasjakeskus and Kaks Karu.
Jukat Eesti Board Member Tomas Palevicius said the company was
not bankrupt, and expressed doubts over the bankruptcy. According to him, the
enterprise has never signed a contract with Da
Vinci Invest. In May it was reported that the Juku chain of toy stores had
been sold to Lihuanian company MV
Trading.
