Premia Foods to produce three types of Laima ice creams

Print versionEstonian ice cream, fish and frozen food products concern Premia Foods has begun producing three types of Latvian confectionery Laima ice creams, the companies' representatives informed the business information portal Nozare.lv.

A study was carried out, and Laima chose to cooperate with Premia Foods, which will now produce three types of Laima ice creams for the Estonian and Latvian markets.
Premia Foods technologies allow the company to produce ice creams with several fillings at the same time, explained Laima spokesperson Rita Voronkova, and added that the company has invested LVL 40,000 in the project, reports LETA.
Premia Foods will produce Laima ice cream with chocolate bits in dark chocolate, "Vaverite" hazelnut ice cream in milk chocolate and "Serenade" ice cream with apricot filling and hazelnuts in dark chocolate.
