Best customer service in "Prisma", "Rimi" & "Mego" supermarkets in Latvia

Print versionSIA Service Quality Development recently conducted a survey on which supermarket chain has the best customer service in Latvia. The results are in, and the winner is "Prisma" (85.4%), followed by "Rimi" (81.3%) and "Mego" (77.1%).

The overall service quality rating for Latvia's supermarkets is a satisfactory 70%, but no chain rated above 90%, which is considered "excellent", informs LETA.
In serving customers specifically, however, check-out cashiers and behind-the-counter personnel received an overall low rating – 58.2%.
The second part of the survey asked to rate whether and which chains meet standards. The winners here were "Mego" (100%) and "Prisma" (100%).
The research was conducted at the end of 2010, and rated were "Elvi", "Iki", "Maxima", "Mego", "Prisma", "Rimi", "Sky", "Stockmann", "Supernetto" and "Top!".
