Sale of Kreenholm’s bankruptcy property will take place in January

Print versionThe auction of bankruptcy property of Estonia’s largest textile industry Kreenholmi Valduse AS was cancelled on Monday due to lack of interested parties and the next attempt to find buyers for the property will take place in January 2011, LETA/National Broadcasting reports.

Kreenholm’s equipment, materials, products etc left over from the textile plant was going to auction with the initial price of 78 mln kroons.
The bankrupt textile mill has obligations amounting to around 160 mln kroons.
Viru County Court declared Kreenholm bankrupt on November 30.
