Lifosa sales increased 1.6 times in July-September

Print versionLithuanian phosphor fertilizer producer Lifosa registered sales in amount of 308.107 million litas in July-September, 2010, 1.6 times more as compared to a corresponding period in 2009, Lifosa reports.

The company earned operating profit in amount of 58.798 million litas in the third quarter 2010, while in the equivalent period of the previous year Lifosa's operating profit totaled 14.449 million litas, writes LETA/ELTA.
The company's net profit equaled 49.799 million litas in July-September 2010, for comparison, in the third quarter of 2009 the enterprise operated with net loss in amount of 11.667 million litas.
